Notice is hereby given that the 32^nd Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda will be held at Imperial Royale Hotel, Kampala, and Online via Zoom platform on Thursday, 18^th June 2026, at 2.30pm to transact the following business:

1. To review the minutes of the 31^st Annual General Meeting and Matters Arising.
2. To receive, consider and adopt the Report of the Council.
3. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Institute for the year ended 31^st December 2025 and the Auditor’s report.
4. To appoint the Institute's Auditor.

1. The virtual meeting platform will be open from 2.30pm on 18^th June 2026.
2. The AGM will be open to all members of ICPAU.
3. Only members in good standing are eligible to propose and/or move & second motions.
