Notice is hereby given that the 31^st Annual General Meeting of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda will be held at Imperial Royale Hotel, Kampala, and Online via Zoom platform on Thursday, 26^th June 2025, at 2.30pm to transact the following business:

1. To review the minutes of the 30^th Annual General Meeting and Matters Arising.
2. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Institute for the year ended 31^st December 2024 and the Auditor’s report.
3. To appoint the institute’s Auditor.
4. ANY OTHER BUSINESS: To transact any other business competently tabled.

1. The virtual meeting platform will be open from 2.30pm on 26^th June 2025.
2. The AGM will be open to all members of ICPAU.
3. Only members in good standing are eligible to propose and/or move & second motions.
