Role purpose and context | As an Audit Manager in our Assurance division, you will use your professional skills and experience to manage complex assignments across a broad range of industries and responsibilities. |
Key responsibilities | • Plan and manage audit engagements, including risk assessments, test plans, and resource allocation. • Lead and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high- quality audit work. • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. • Identify and assess risks, develop audit strategies, and implement audit procedures. • Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes. • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. • Manage and mentor audit staff, providing training and development opportunities. • Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulations, and firm policies. • Monitor and report on audit progress, budgets, and timelines. |
Qualifications | • ICPAU member in good standing • Demonstrated ability in delivering to agreed project constraints • Experience in client relationship development • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Thorough knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills. |
Experience | • Minimum two years in an Audit Manager role |
