Role purpose and context FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Key responsibilities
  • Preparation of finacne statements for decision making
  • Record all financial transactions, measures, classifies or verifies financial information, summarizes, interprets, and communicate financial information.
  • Produce final accounts.
  • Produce monthly management accounts.
  • Reconciling the bank payements and slips from clients.
  • Ensure financial prudence.
  • Ensure budget compliance and review.
  • Investigate variances in te budget and accounts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (ACCTS), BBA (FInance & Accounting), or any related accounting field from a recognized higher learning institution.
  • Professional accountancy.
  • CPA or ACCA and a CPA member.
Experience
  • Advanced computer skills in accounting especially Ms. Excel, Tally, and QuickBooks.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in an accounting job.
  • Knowlegde of Odoo shall be an added advantage.
