Role purpose and context |
FINANCE DEPARTMENT |
Key responsibilities |
- Preparation of finacne statements for decision making
- Record all financial transactions, measures, classifies or verifies financial information, summarizes, interprets, and communicate financial information.
- Produce final accounts.
- Produce monthly management accounts.
- Reconciling the bank payements and slips from clients.
- Ensure financial prudence.
- Ensure budget compliance and review.
- Investigate variances in te budget and accounts and report discrepancies immediately.

Qualifications |
- A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (ACCTS), BBA (FInance & Accounting), or any related accounting field from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Professional accountancy.
- CPA or ACCA and a CPA member.
|
Experience |
- Advanced computer skills in accounting especially Ms. Excel, Tally, and QuickBooks.
- At least 5 years of working experience in an accounting job.
- Knowlegde of Odoo shall be an added advantage.
