Accounting Firm of the Year Award.

This award is for a firm which has enjoyed an exceptional year and can demonstrate outstanding achievements including career opportunities for accountancy professionals. The winner will be a firm that its employees view as a great place to work and values the role of accountancy. The firm should have not less than five employees

Nominees for this Award are to be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. The firm has added value to clients and increased its client base.
2. The firm has raised clients’ competitive advantage.
3. The firm has a clear differentiation from competitors.
4. The firm has enhanced its customer effectiveness, client focus and innovation.
5. The firm has a positive working environment and commitment to continuous professional development by providing time, resources and on-going support to its employees.
