The ICPAU Finance Team of the Year Award aims to identify and honour the contribution of finance teams in the overall success of their organizations by recognising and rewarding outstanding performance, management accounting excellence, business partnering and innovation.
Eligibility Criteria.
- The finance team has demonstrated a strong ability to work well as a team.
- The finance team is able to provide evidence of end results which have benefited their organization and/or clients.
- The finance team has developed and implemented innovative approaches which have benefited their organization and/or clients.
- The finance team has demonstrated leadership in decision making across their organisation.
- The finance team has shown evidence of flexibility and support for each other which has contributed towards meeting business objectives while maintaining positive team sentiment.
