2023 ACCOUNTANCY SERVICE AWARDS

This award is aimed at recognizing an entity that is committed to supporting ICPAU in fulfilling its mandate. The entity should have supported its people with resources to enhance their careers in professional accountancy.

Eligibility Criteria.

1. The Institution has participated in initiatives to support ICPAU’s mandate.
2. The Institution supports its staff with education and training.
3. The entity is open to offering experience training to students.
4. The Institution meets necessary statutory requirements.
5. The Institutions has collaborations with other market players for enhanced delivery.

Award Criteria / Reason for Nomination

1. Mention any initiatives where the Institution has collaborated with ICPAU in fulfilling its mandate.
The firm is licensed and regulated by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda
2. Does the institution support their staff in accounting/ finance department with support for education and training?
yes
3. Does the institution offer Practical Experience training to CPA students and graduates?
yes
4. Are Heads of Sections (Accounting/Finance/Audit) members of ICPAU?
The existing staff have undergone further professional training in relevant fields such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, computer science and risk management.
