| Key responsibilities | 1. Financial Performance Analysis: • Analyse financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics. • Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts to support management decision-making. • Collaborate with finance teams to develop forecasting models and budget projections. • Conduct cost-benefit analysis, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and valuation metrics to support decision-making processes. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to financial performance. • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information. 2. Operations Performance Analysis: • Evaluate operational processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, quality standards and resource utilization. • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs. • Develop operational dashboards and performance metrics to track progress and drive operational excellence. • Work closely with operations teams to implement performance improvement initiatives. 3. Commercial Performance Analysis: • Evaluate commercial performance, including revenue, margins, and market share. • Prepare commercial forecasts, pipeline analyses, and pricing strategies. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop actionable insights and profitability optimization to drive revenue growth. 4. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. |
| Qualifications | • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data science, or a related field. • CPA or ACCA Level two and above. • Proven experience in performance analysis, financial analysis, or business intelligence in a busy business environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with ERP systems. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Understanding of commercial principles, market dynamics, and business strategy. |
