About this job Price & King is looking for a driven and ambitious Manager to join our fast-growing AuditAssurance business line. The Senior Audit Manager shall play a critical role in driving growth bycreating new and improving existing client relationships, providing leadership to skilled auditteams, and delivering a first-class customer experience through high-profile engagements.

Key responsibilities • To manage a portfolio of audit engagements. Develop audit strategy with consultation with
Audit Partner and undertake it in compliance with Price and King's audit policies and
International Auditing Standards.
• Undertake to profitably manage audit projects through providing leadership that ensures
efficient performance within the context of the firm’s professional values.
• Effectively and efficiently manage team performance against the plan and take necessary
action.
• Undertake and pursue business development opportunities with a view to growing the audit
clients.
• Undertake coaching and training activities to develop the audit team staff with a view to
enhancing overall team performance.
• Cultivate the culture of encouraging audit team staff to creatively think of solutions to
challenges faced and take responsibility for their contributions to the team.
• Appraisal staff on their performance and provide timely feedback to audit team members as
well as undertake on-job training.
• Develop and maintain good and productive client and staff relationships and networks.
• Lead audit engagement teams with a view to ensuring that the work performed meets quality
assurance standards and is executed in line with the organization's audit methodology.
• Supervise audit teams, review working papers, undertake to coach staff and ensure that
documentation meets the quality standards of the professional and firm’s practices.
• Proactively manage client issues and expectations thereby exceeding expectations
• Provide on-the-job training and supervision of the audit team
Qualifications • Must be CPA (U) or ACCA Qualified and a member of ICPAU
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, report writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent business development skills and proven expertise in acquiring new client
business.
• Excellent business management skills to ensure efficiency, growth, and profitability as well
as comply with the firm and professional standards of the accounting profession.
• Good project management skills.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and ISA
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Integrity within a professional environment
